1. Purpose of Fees
All fees charged by International Scientific Research Foundation, France are strictly associated with administrative processing, academic evaluation, documentation, verification, certification, convocation arrangements, and institutional services. Fees do not represent the purchase, sale, or guarantee of any degree, title, or academic recognition.
2. Application Fees
Application fees, once paid, are non-refundable. These fees cover initial administrative handling, eligibility screening, documentation review, and preliminary academic assessment. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or award of any academic honor.
3. Evaluation & Processing Fees
Once an application enters the formal evaluation stage, all evaluation and processing fees become non-refundable. This is due to the allocation of institutional resources, committee time, and administrative operations involved in the assessment process.
4. Rejection or Non-Approval
If an application is not approved by the Academic or Honorary Selection Committee, no refund shall be issued. The evaluation process itself constitutes a service rendered, irrespective of the final outcome.
5. Withdrawal by Applicant
Applicants who choose to withdraw their application:
- Before evaluation begins: Partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of the institution, excluding application and administrative charges.
- After evaluation has commenced: No refund shall be granted.
All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to the International Academic Affairs Office.
6. Offer Acceptance & Confirmation Fees
Once an applicant accepts an official offer letter, fees are considered non-refundable. This ensures the commitment of the candidate and covers the final stages of the process, including certification and ceremonial preparations.
